What is Amazon FBA Inspection?
Amazon FBA Inspection is independent third-party quality control performed at your factory before goods are shipped to an Amazon FBA warehouse. VICC checks your products, packaging and labelling against your specification and Amazon’s requirements — so you only send compliant, defect-free stock that passes receiving inspection the first time.
- Pre-shipment inspection aligned with Amazon FBA requirements
- Independent, documented sampling per AQL standards
- Packaging & labelling verified to Amazon guidelines
- Detailed photo report delivered within 24–48 hours

Amazon FBA Inspection FAQ
What happens if the inspection fails?
We report exactly what failed and why, so you can agree corrective measures with the factory — ideally agreed and written into your purchase contract before the order.
How long does it take to get the report?
Usually within 24 hours after the inspection, and always within 48 hours.
How many units can be inspected in a day?
It depends on your total quantity and the AQL. As a guide: consumer hardlines 200–315 units, consumer electronics 125–200 pieces, garments and textiles 80–125 pieces per man-day.
